NANO-PRIMER

CERAMIC PRO MARINE SPORT PACKAGE COATING CHECKLIST

Perform Dawn dish soap bath
Complete necessary prep...(color correct, removal of oxidation, cut & polish etc...)
Perform Dawn dish soap bath again
Apply Wax & Grease removal and wipe down surfaces
Apply Nano Primer by machine on all smooth gel coat surfaces
Allow Nano Primer to gas out for 45 minutes

Remove excess product on follow up wipe down with microfiber towels
You can apply Ceramic Pro Sport when the surface is wet or dry
Prime microfiber towel with roughly 10 sprays of Sport and wipe down the surface
With a second microfiber, level Sport and wipe off residual product
Cover all gel coat surfaces above the waterline
Allow product to cure 3-5 days before putting vessel in use

CERAMIC PRO MARINE SILVER PACKAGE COATING CHECKLIST

Perform Dawn dish soap bath
Complete necessary prep...(color correct, removal of oxidation, cut & polish etc...)
Perform Dawn dish soap bath again
Apply Wax & Grease removal and wipe down surfaces
Apply Nano Primer by machine on all smooth gel coat surfaces
Allow Nano Primer to gas out for 45 minutes
Apply first layer of Bravo product with an applicator pad in shoulder width sections

Remove excess product on follow up wipe down with microfiber towels
Keep applying Bravo working your way down the surface of the vessel in larger sections compared to Marine until you reach 45 minutes passed of your initial application of your first section
Fall back to the first section you applied and apply second layer of Bravo in the same fashion and continue down the surface of the vessel
Cover all gel coat surfaces above the waterline
Allow product to cure 3-5 days before putting vessel in use

CERAMIC PRO MARINE SILVER PLUS PACKAGE COATING CHECKLIST

Perform Dawn dish soap bath
Complete necessary prep...(color correct, removal of oxidation, cut & polish etc...)
Perform Dawn dish soap bath again
Apply Wax & Grease removal and wipe down surfaces
Apply Nano Primer by machine on all smooth gel coat surfaces
Allow Nano Primer to gas out for 45 minutes
Apply first layer of Bravo product with an applicator pad in shoulder width sections
Apply 1 layer of Marine to metals and engine cowlings with applicator pad, leveled

Remove excess product on follow up wipe down with microfiber towels
Keep applying Bravo working your way down the surface of the vessel in larger sections compared to Marine until you reach 45 minutes passed of your initial application of your first section
Fall back to the first section you applied and apply second layer of Bravo in the same fashion and continue down the surface of the vessel
Once 45 minutes has passed again, repeat bravo steps for third layer of Bravo in gel coat
Cover all gel coat surfaces above the waterline
Allow product to cure 3-5 days before putting vessel in use

CERAMIC PRO MARINE GOLD PACKAGE COATING CHECKLIST

Perform Dawn dish soap bath
Complete necessary prep...(color correct, removal of oxidation, cut & polish etc...)
Perform Dawn dish soap bath again
Apply Wax & Grease removal and wipe down surfaces
Apply Nano Primer by machine on all smooth gel coat surfaces
Allow Nano Primer to gas out for 45 minutes
Apply first layer of Marine product by hand with applicator sponge or by spray gun to all gel coat surfaces above waterline(apply in very small sections, about 1 sq. ft)
Work fast and remove Marine immediately after application, use microfiber towels

Keep applying Marine working your way down the surface of the vessel in small sections until you reach 30-45 minutes passed of your initial application of your first section
Fall back to the first section you applied and apply second layer of Marine in the same fashion and continue down the surface of the vessel
You may immediately apply the top coat of Bravo with an applicator pad in shoulder width sections
Apply 1 thick layer of Marine with an applicator pad, unleveled, to all non-skid and vinyl seats
Apply 1 layer of Marine to metals and engine cowlings with applicator pad, leveled
Allow product to cure 3-5 days before putting vessel in use
